​As part of our continuing efforts to effectively operate, administer, maintain, and reasonably protect the Highland Chase Landowners Association community, the six amendments proposed last year have been formally approved for inclusion in the Plat Restrictions.

​

For each amendment change proposed, a majority (38 of 73 households) was exceeded.

The updated Easements and Restrictions document with the amendment changes may be downloaded here. The changes are in bold. Official documents have been recorded by Summit County.

Annual Dues

Dues for 2026-2027 are TBD. The invoice will be mailed out by June. The due date will be 7/15/2026.

 

NOTE - Dues are not optional (this is a common rumor we hear every year.)

Per the Easements and Restrictions

  1. (3) The annual operating assessment shall be payable in advance, provided that nothing contained herein shall prohibit any Member from prepaying assessments. The due dates of any such installments shall be established by the Board. Failure to pay any installment when due shall result in a surcharge of 25% of the installment due and shall be relevied on each anniversary date until paid.

Social Gathering

2026 HCLA Annual Meeting

The Annual Meeting for HCLA is TBD. 

​

The main topics included the financials from the past year, the upcoming budget for 2026-2027, and new business.​ Meeting minutes will be available upon request at hclastow@gmail.com.

Keep in mind, the trustee is a volunteer position and we all have day jobs. We appreciate your patience.
