Annual Dues
Dues for 2025-2026 are $125. The invoice will be mailed out by June. The due date will be 7/15/2025.

NOTE - Dues are not optional (this is a common rumor we hear every year.)

Per the Easements and Restrictions

(3) The annual operating assessment shall be payable in advance, provided that nothing contained herein shall prohibit any Member from prepaying assessments. The due dates of any such installments shall be established by the Board. Failure to pay any installment when due shall result in a surcharge of 25% of the installment due and shall be relevied on each anniversary date until paid.

2025 HCLA Annual Meeting
The Annual Meeting for HCLA was held Wednesday, August 6th, 2025 from 6:30PM to 8:00PM at the Stow Public Library in the Munroe Falls room. (3512 Darrow Road)

The main topics included the financials from the past year, the budget for 2025-2026, and amendment changes.​ Meeting minutes are available upon request at hclastow@gmail.com.

Keep in mind, the trustee is a volunteer position and we all have day jobs. We appreciate your patience.

2025 State of Amendments

​Modification to Easements and Restrictions amendments dating back to 2018 will be rewritten, along with some newer ones discussed within the last two years. To pass any of the proposed changes, we need a 51% majority, which is 38 votes (out of 73 households - one vote per member in good standing.)
